Mediterranean Call Center is a project created by a group of Italian investors dealing in the Call Center business having for center of activity Italy. In the last 10 years, activities of call center has started to be outsourced out of Italy, mainly in the Eastern Europe, in countries like Poland, Romania, Republic of Moldova, Ukraine, Albania. Telecommunication or Energy Companies in Italy. Our operators call every day Italian companies, asking for the right person which is usually the decision maker, communicating with them , and asking them for a further meeting with one of the Italian Companies who will go and explain the services in person. During all the days operators are assisted by team leaders who help them understanding customers, elaborating an answer and understanding which way the communication has to go for the best results. Every activity is strictly monitored , making it possible, after every phone call to listen back to the conversation and understand what was wrong in the language. Our call center are at state of the art regarding technology systems. Our operators deal with ONLINE scheduling systems, Customer Relationship management (CRM) Servers and VOIP technology, learning day after day how to move and behave in a high standard professional environment.
