Description of Experience: 1. Current Work • First time introduced Direct Distribution Network System (DDNS) in Haleeb Foods for the sale of Beverage Products. • Monitoring & evaluating the sales of DDNS. • Along with DDNS also handling 3 exclusive distributors for beverage products. 1. Making Sales Targets & Plans for DDNS & Distributors. 2. Responsible to make * implement sales plans to get desire results.. • Handling Sales Agreements with RETAIL KEY OUTLETS & make sure the proper display of the products • Monitoring the sales force’ planned itineraries & evaluating their performance on monthly basis. • Product Market Analysis is one of the major responsibilities. 2. Last Work • Responsible for sales & marketing plans. • Completed three projects before time with the collaboration of foreign companies. • Responsible to negotiate with international suppliers of machines & raw materials. • Responsible to arrange technical seminars & courses for technicians/operators.
