ConnectIB established on Jan, 2010 as a Limited Liability company to run its insurance brokerage business in accordance with the available Egyptian laws on that time. ConnectIB established to be ready for the expected expansion in the Broker scope of work after the approval of the new law to permit the brokers to run their business through the joint stock companies with minimum paid capital of 2 Million EGP. Immediately ConnectIB started to take necessary legal actions to change the legal formation to become an Egyptian joint stock company.
