| Regional Medical Recruiter (Egypt) Ideal opportunity to work from home or remotely with zero travel. Set your own work schedule. Tifler Health Services Management specializes in providing health service solutions to Middle East hospitals. One of Tifler's core businesses is international medical recruitment. We recruit for all hospital positions: Doctors, nurses. allied health specialist, IT and other support functions. We are seeking experienced recruiters to work as Regional Medical Recruiters (RMR) for the Middle East sector. The RMRs shall be responsible for soliciting hospital systems in their defined regions to identify and negotiate medical recruitment contracts for position vacancies at their medical facilities. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in business or healthcare management. 3 - 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare. Good marketing skills are also preferred. The candidate should be a self-starter, and have excellent communication and selling skills. Fluency in Arabic is preferred, but not required. The position is 100% commissioned based. A sizeable commission is paid for each and every recruitment contract the Regional Recruiter helps secure for Tifler.
