Sales Manager

1. Promote in the Egyptian market all the product lines that CO.E.S produces.
2. Set the marketing plan that enables the dealer to increase their yearly sales.
3. Make sure all the CO.E.S products are known and specified by consulting offices in their projects.
4. Form distribution networks in all the different governorates.
5. Set the sales policy for the sales & marketing dept. to each sector (sub-dealer – contracting company – contractor – private sector) in the different market conditions.
6. Maintain a good and strong relationship with our current dealer.
7. Train and supervise the marketing reps (if available) with their daily assignments
8. Forecast the market conditions and fluctuations.
9. Maintain and increase the current database of dealers, consultants and contractors.
10. Prepare and participate in seminars for plumbers, dealers, contractors and consultants
11. Presenting sales & marketing reports to the management that clearly shows the market situation in the different products we are dealing with.
12. Other policies and jobs to be done according to the present work situation and the dealers’ conditions.
13. Other jobs that the company’s management assign to the sales & marketing dept.
