MARKETING ANALYST

Adexen Recruitment Agency is looking for a Marketing Analyst for an international supplier in the Oil & Gas sector.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The position has been created in response to the necessity of having a local resource in the CIS marketing Team.
He/she will help the company accessing locally published information and will provide a vision of market environment through its personal connections and knowledge of the Egyptian culture. He/she will have the objective of developing a local network in order to collect information about customers and competitors in the region.
The position is based in Cairo, Egypt.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze Market’s dynamics and Group positioning
• Analyze trends in trading, market share and competitors’ behaviour
• Monitor and analyze main customers’ and competitors’ activities
• Issue periodically reports summarizing and analyzing the collected information
• Assist in the preparation of commercial budget and sales forecast


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Engineering degree
• English High advance
• Willing to learn and adapt to the Group way and culture
• Assertive, inquisitive and sociable person. Self confident but not stubborn
• Preferably oil and gas/pipe industry background
• Rich network of contacts in the industry
• General knowledge of business administration: financial interpretation and demand forecasting/analytical skills
• Full knowledge of Excel and good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Access)
