Job Description for New Business Development Manager(Any Vertical) Egypt
Organization: A $1B IT MNC
Role: New Business Development
Reports to : Country Manager
Years of experience: 10+years
Domain/Vertical handled: Any Vertical
Location: Egypt

Job Profile

·Work closely with the Head of Sales and the Engagement Managers to create a market penetration strategy
·Taking Go-To-Market Solutions to the target market
·Pro-active sales activities to convert suspects into prospects and following up with prospects so that it can lead to a proposal
·Primary owner of the Opportunity Management process - Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close - for new prospects or new clients.
·Form trusted advisor relationships with client personnel at the CIO/VP/Director level and use that to source additional business
·Working with the pre-sales functions to craft a suitable and compelling proposal for the client
·Showcase company capabilities, value, relationships and governance in all interactions
·Manage proposal pricing negotiations and closure process

Candidate Profile:

Qualification : BE/B.Tech/ Graduate with M.B.A
Visa Status : PR / Work Permit

· Overall 10+ years of industry experience, ideally in IT services or consulting.
· Aggressive go getter with a passion for Hunting in an unstructured environment.
· Should have at least 3+ years of recent experience in New Business Development.
