Main Responsibilities
2.1 Administration
Office daily maintenance.
Visa coordination for Chinese colleagues and distributors as requested.Communicate with International marketing Dept. of the parent company,
Archive the documents from General Manager and Regional Managers, regarding Mindray distributors, products and marketing, etc.
Assist sales force to follow up the processing status of purchase order.
Timely and accurate operational reports to General Manager.
2.2 Accounting
Maintain daily accounting; liaise with Finance Dept. of the parent company.
Collect, process and verify receipts and vouchers submitted by Mindray sales / marketing personnel and service engineers for business travel reimbursement purposes. Regular liaise with accounting agents
2.3 Human Resources
Keep monthly attendance records.Assist the IHR to finish the new employee application and registration.
2.4 PR and Liaison
Coordinate and liaise with government bodies, law firms, logistic companies, travel agencies, telecommunication companies, insurance company, CPA and auditors, Insurance and claims settlements etc.
2.5 Inventory
Regular inventory management and inventory control on spare parts and product components in warehouse.
