B2B Chemical Sales Manager

• Search for new clients who might benefit from company products.
• Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers; persuading clients that a product satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Meet regular sales targets; Recording and maintaining client contact data.
• Report to general manager all intelligence & product sales activities,
• Be fully aware of all products being promoted by the company, not only in the assigned business centre. Keep current with specifications
• Capable of technical support with the given cost centre products and general support to both internal and external when called upon. Keep abreast of latest technology, industry activity and competitors products.
• To evaluate all tenders and for non standard products and systems, recommend routes to success.
• Collect information and discuss with Managers any concerns prior to allow tendering to take place.
• Liaise with clients and provide sales quotations both verbal and written.
• Cultivate relationship with key customers, external associated networking.
• Expedite outstanding quotations & assist credit control in aged payments.
• Sales experience built around diverse products.
• Involvement for purchase of stock items, also prepare Sales Orders
• Develop and handle all technical sales issues, via principals.
• Understand pricing policies and margins.
• Meet client targets visits per day.
• Assist in exhibition set up and visit trade shows as required.
Skills

• Experience and demonstrable successful track record of selling industrial products/Raw Materials.
• An ability to analyze client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Energy and drive.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office
•Effective skills in oral and written communication both in Arabic and English;
•Practical knowledge of marketing plans and strategies;
•Principles of sales, negotiation, and promotion;
•Results and people oriented;
•Ability to analyze, interpret and use data in decision-making;
•Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, and flexible;
•Good reasoning, sound judgment and problem solving abilities
