I &C Deputy Commissioning Superintendent

Specific Requirement

Mission: To manage commissioning and start-up activities for the pertaining discipline, ensuring the compliance of the relevant task with the technical and contractual requirements. I & C Deputy Commissioning Superintendent will be integrated into Company Commissioning Organization. According to the tasks he is entrusted with by the I &C Commissioning Superintendent, the Mechanical Commissioning Superintendents and their staff shall:
• Carry out the tests within their field of responsibility;
• Act as “tester” according to the instructions of the I & C Commissioning Superintendent and take care of the necessary preparatory works;
• Check for the progress of the activities carried out by Vendors and contractors;
• Perform the technical supervision for said activities and check for the adequacy of the employed equipment, resources and technical documentation;
• Check for the test results;
• Collect the Vendors’ documentation covering the performed tests and complete the reports of the performed/ coordinated tests;

Knowledge

• Site (construction, commissioning and start-up);
• Plant/ Construction engineering;
• Equipment installation;
• Safety procedures;
• Control System (DCS, ESD, MMS);
• Testing processes;
• English speaking.
