Deputy Utility Operation Manager

Specific Requirement

Mission: To manage Utility operation activities, ensuring the compliance of the relevant task with the technical and contractual requirements. The Deputy Utility Operation Manager will be integrated into Company Commissioning and Start-up Organization. According to the tasks he is entrusted with by the Operation Manager, the Deputy Utility Operation Manager and their staff shall:
• Ensure that the control room is constantly manned;
• Upon request of the “testers”, ensure the temporary custody of the equipment beyond the normal working time;
• Ensure the operation of the equipment they are responsible for;
• Ensures the routine maintenance of the plant;
• Act as Plant Manager, where required, for the issue of the work permits and the execution of the operations to put the works under safe conditions;
• Ensures the implementation of the safety, health and environment regulations
• Hold training on the job courses for the Customer’s staff.
• Provides and maintains the expected plant conditions till plant taking over by the Customer;
• Files the operation activities and informs about any non-conformity;
