Deputy Commissioning Manager Specific Requirement Mission: To manage pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring the compliance of the relevant task with the requirements set by Process and HSE, as well as with time and costs. The Deputy Commissioning Manager will be integrated into Company Commissioning Organization. According to the tasks he is entrusted with by the Commissioning Manager, the Deputy Commissioning Manager and their staff shall: • Plans the complete commissioning activity; • Agrees with the Erection Department the planned delivery sequence and time schedule of the plant parts; • Coordinates the tests that are to be executed by the various Discipline Supervisors; • Coordinates the execution of the operations among the various organizations in order to achieve the technical target and safety at the work place; • Coordinates and authorizes the execution of the maintenance, modification and completion works; • Ensures the operation and routine maintenance of the plant; • Provides and maintains the expected plant conditions till plant taking over by the Customer; • Files the modification applications and informs about any non-conformity; • Coordinates the commissioning pending lists with the help of the Discipline Supervisors and the operation managers; • Ensures the implementation of the safety, health and environment regulations; • Takes care of the collection of the test documents and the technical documentation updated with the results of the performed tests.
