Process Operation Shift Supervisor Specific Requirement Mission: To perform Process operation activities, ensuring the compliance of the relevant task with the technical and contractual requirements. The Process Operation Shift Supervisor will be integrated into Techint Commissioning and Start-up Organization. According to the tasks he is entrusted with by the Operation Manager, the Process Operation Shift Supervisor and their staff shall: • Ensure the plant operation with the assistance of the Customer’s staff; • Upon request of the “testers”, ensure the temporary custody of the equipment beyond the 24 hours; • Ensure the operation of the equipment they are responsible for; • Act as Plant Manager, where required, for the issue of the work permits and the execution of the operations to put the works under safe conditions; • Continue the training on the job activity for the Customer’s staff. • Files the operation activities and informs about any non-conformity. Knowledge • Site (Methanol/ Ammonia start-up and operation); • Plant Operation; • Safety procedures; • Testing processes; • English speaking. Skills • Customer orientation; • Problem solving; • Compliance with deadlines; • Emergency/ crisis management.
