Administration Assistant/Secretary

To provide secretarial and administrative support to management. Duties include: Prepare correspondences, and other documents as requested. Handle telephone calls. Assist in preparing reports. Maintain confidentiality. Maintain filing of documents. Carry out Internet research. Follow up on work tasks. Any other assigned tasks as per work needs.
Requirements:
University degree in a relevant field. 0-2 years of relevant experience. Excellent PC and language skills. Professional, energetic, takes initiative, dependable.
Starting LE 2000
Working Hours:
9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Day Off:
Friday
