Logistics Coordinator

we are currently looking for Logistics Coordinator to start immediately. The incumbent will be required to :

Duties:
1) Managing overseas customer POs from receipt up to delivering goods and all tasks involved.
2) Coordinating and controlling the order cycle and associated information systems, analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements.
3) Ensures that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation route and payload, selecting the mode of transportation, tendering the order for transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight saving, service and contractual requirements.
4) Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
5) Support the export team with daily logistic issues as well as manage the contact with our logistic partners.

Qualifications:
1) University degree in commerce, business administration or related filed.
2) Very good knowledge of international trade and export regulations.
3) Fluent command in English & Arabic ( written & spoken )
4) Two years experience in similar position.
5) Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, must have strong follow up skills.
6) Hard worker, result oriented, very well organized, able to work independently under pressure & positive thinker.
