| Senior Drilling Instructor We require a Senior Drilling Instructor & Internal Verifier to manage the Drilling Services Program, the team of Trainers who will deliver the technical curriculum at the Polytechnic and carry out on-the-job assessments in the field. You will be responsible for the developing and maintaining the curriculum, assessments and Standard Operating Procedures in order to meet all the awarding body and client requirements. POSITION REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of a Diploma level qualification in an engineering/technical subject • Significant relevant industrial experience in oil well drilling, work over, well servicing, and general engineering experience in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry • Minimum of 5 years training delivery experience • Significant curriculum development and training program development experience • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentational skills • Excellent IT skills • Previous experience of training using a drilling simulator desirable • Management/Supervisory/Team leader experience Location: Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic in Dammam, Saudi Arabia Package: Basic salary dependant on experience, skills and qualifications, furnished accommodation or allowance, healthcare, annual flight allowance + baggage allowance, mobilisation/demobilisation flights, company car + fuel allowance. | |
