Contract Negotiator - Procurement Department

Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement and maintain contract administration processes
2. Interface with other groups to coordinate on legal and business issues
3. Assist in maintaining and revising form contract libraries (review contractual terms for accuracy and changes prior to bid or renewal)
4. Assist with budgets dealing with contract costs & terms
5. Assist with vendor performance tracking and analysis against ELNG measures

6. contract drafting, negotiation (contracts negotiation and contracts management)



Qualifications:
1. Excellent command of English language and computer literate.
2. Bachelor's degree required – preferably engineering
3. Working knowledge of business/contracts law. Finance exposure/experience a plus. Experience in services-industry business practices and contracts a plus
4. Minimum 2 years experience in contracts negotiation and contracts management in a relevant environment.
5. Experience in contract drafting, negotiation, written and oral communication skills, some finance/revenue recognition experience; high degree of professionalism.
6. An ability to understand and apply business processes necessary to administer contracts is essential.
