• Create and continually assess the recruiting strategies for industry related professional positions.
• Manage the process of selection and placement of qualified candidates.
• Coach Managers on hiring trends and recruiting tools.
• Partner with business lines managers to make strategic hiring decisions that support business line goals.
• Provide high quality service in meeting future resource needs of the organization.
• Work with the HR Manager to identify areas of improvement to ensure the delivery of a high quality of service to client base.
• Partner with business line generalist(s) to strategize staffing issues.
• Will be required to manage multiple programs and recruiting efforts. The key objective will be establishing and maintaining a strong recruiting presence in the industry related business lines.
• Develop sources of qualified applicants. Review and evaluate applications for work history, education and training, salary desired, and other skills and abilities to determine qualification for employment; conduct interviews, administer tests, check references and background.
• Inform applicants about job duties, responsibilities, pay, benefits, hours, working conditions, Company policies, and other related information. Conduct new associate orientation; will conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
• Initiate Job Opening Status Reports to obtain approval to begin employment processes and to offer position to selected applicant.
• Maintain records and prepare reports of hires, separations, transfers, test results, and other data as requested.
• Provide leadership in special or on-going assignments including but not limited to Internet advertising, flexible spending, vendor selection for human resources services, associate print communications, and the like.
• Develops innovative, creative and proactive recruitment strategies to meet the business needs of each client department.
• Leverages various resources to source qualified candidates using the Internet, Community Based Organizations, print media, formal/informal networks, etc., to source a diverse candidate pool.

BA or BS degree with 0-4 years recruitment and/or staffing experience in a professional fast paced environment
