| Transfers Coordinator slateDepartment: SUPPLY CHAIN Title: Business: Coordinating the transportations to assure completing the fulfillment process Reports to: Replenishment & distribution manager Leads: Transportation & fleet SUMMARY STATEMENT: Primary objective to manage an efficient and cost effective operation keeping in view the retail or telecom business requirement. Lead by example - a team of self-motivated personnel. Have systems knowledge and hands on expertise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Review the transfers and distribution orders on daily basis • Design the critical path for the distribution vehicles • Decide the most cost effective logistics requirements to supply the planned inventory to the retail outlets & warehouses • Follow up with the delivery team to assure delivering the orders on time • Represent ZONIK for all SC related issues at the 3PL DC’s CAPABILITIES: • University Graduate. • Written and oral communication in Arabic and English. • Knowledge of MS office suite as well as any ERP (Oracle) is preferable. • 2-3 years in telecom or retail warehouse experience SKILLS: • Hands on operational knowledge and leadership to drive the warehouse. • Broad Knowledge of material handling, warehouse operations, delivery. • Knowledge of Operational Health and Safety at warehouse. • Initiative and go-getter abilities. • 3rd party logistics experience is preferable; i.e: Aramex, DHL, etc. MEASURES AND EXPECTED RESULTS: • Inventory Accuracy as expected. • Stocks with clear identifications in warehouse. 1..1. Results 1..1.1. Product distribution within 24 hours of final landed cost confirmation. 1..1.2. Daily Customer Delivery Report – By 11.00 am 1..1.3. Weekly Warehouse Performance Report 1..1.4. Daily check List Monitoring. 1..1.5. Weekly Cycle count report – Every Saturday by 10.00 am 1..1.6. Monthly Warehouse Expenses Report – Submit by 5th of every month 1..1.7. Initiative and improvement reports – Quarterly (Qualitative reports) This Position Is Available In Saudi Arabia | |
