| Department: Inventory Department Department: Inventory Department Title: Supply Chain System Key User Business: SC System Control Reports to: Supply Chain Manager SUMMARY STATEMENT: The driver of all important inventory & demand management decisions & strategies that the management team must assure achieving KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Process definition for SC ERP solutions 2. Document system manual for all SC transactions 3. Carry all SC system modules 4. Train all users on the system transactions 5. Coordinate with IT to provide the needed reports and user friendly solutions 6. Coordinate with IT to find workarounds for non available services 7. Update IT with all system, hardware & network related issues CAPABILITIES: • University graduate / or related diploma degree • English & Computer skills • Experience in Oracle ERP system SKILLS: • Working effectively individually and with a team. • Good communication skills • Positive attitude MEASURES AND EXPECTED RESULTS: • Reports’ quality • Average time for closing transactions • System solutions This Position Is Available In Saudi Arabia | |
