Title: Replenishment Coordinator
Business: Managing Replenishment & Order process
Reports to: Replenishment & Distribution Manager



SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Purchasing Coordinator is the key player that is assigned to achieve the overall company’s objective by maintaining the rational inventory stock level day-to-day basis through out managing, replenishments & order process


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Converting automatic replenishment requisitions to P.O’s
• Receive, validate and order showrooms’ manual requisitions
• Ensuring that internal & external lead time targets are achieved
• Controlling day to day supplier ordering & scheduling of stock into the Central Warehouse network.
• Create purchase orders and send it to suppliers
• Follow up with suppliers to fulfill orders on time
• Justify delay supplier deliveries & supplier stock outs
• Justify purchase requisitions requested by showrooms

CAPABILITIES:

• University graduate / or related diploma degree
• English & Computer skills
• Analytical capabilities
• Preferable to have experience in Oracle ERP system

SKILLS:

• Working effectively individually and with a team.
• Good leadership
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude

MEASURES AND EXPECTED RESULTS:

• JIT inventory
• Timely forecast and replenishment parameters update
• Average time for closing transactions
