Inventory Coordinator Title: Inventory Coordinator Reports to: Regional inventory control & warehouses Manager Leads: Receiving & Inventory teams SUMMARY STATEMENT: Inventory Manager is the supply chain key player that is assigned to achieve the overall company’s objective by delivering the critical point between reduced stocks and specified service levels through out planning, leading, organizing & controlling the inventory team & maintaining it’s accuracy KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensuring that all in & out transaction are executed as per the SOP • Monitor inventory discrepancy on daily bases • Ensuring inventory accuracy by maintaining Physical & Cycle Inventory Counts. • Investigate and justify all variances between System and physical inventory in a timely manner. • Lead purchasing and the Operations Departments to reduce redundant stocks. • Lead the back-end operations. • Control damaged items • Develop and execute return plans CAPABILITIES: • University graduate / or related diploma degree (IT / Inventory) • 2-3 years experience in inventory control • English & Computer skills • Analytical capabilities • Preferable to have experience in Oracle ERP system SKILLS: • Working effectively individually and with a team. • Good leadership • Good communication skills • Positive attitude MEASURES AND EXPECTED RESULTS: • Meet inventory Accuracy percentage • Average time for closing transactions This Position Is Available In Saudi Arabia
